Stay objective – Charter

I have sat down to draft out a charter today over time, after feeling confused about what will be my next step.

The project charter is not created by the Project Manager. Instead, it is issued by the sponsor to empower the Project Manager with the authority to begin the project and obtain resources for project activities. 

On behalf of the sponsor, I have to draft a charter to clarify go ahead. I was thinking of applying agile-like pm for the first time. A team charter, useful for new team players. This time round we look at delivering a quality project versus quantitative projects.
