Do you find yourself doing things on auto pilot? Most of us walk around looking like zombies. Habit is a routine of behaviour govern by a set of operating system software.
Let me give you an example, I recently installed stoic operating system, freshly and tried running for one week. Sometimes, I read a passage or two from book. Perhaps after one month, I have established a behaviour to allow me to seek the action automatically.
That’s habit and that’s routine. Notice those that is not good for you and use good ones to gradually replace it.
